Can I return my order for a refund?

All sales have a 14 day return window. You can receive store credit or a full refund. Please make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase before placing your order.

However, if your item breaks or tarnishes, we offer free replacements.

Does your jewelry fade or rust?

No. All of our jewelry is made from 100% stainless steel and is designed to be worn at all times.

In the rare case that your product tarnishes or breaks, we will provide a replacement.

I thought the jewlery would have been heavier and a different color. The pendant I got is super light in weight and feels meh, and the gold part of it is not even really gold. It’s like this weird like brass color almost. It was my first time ordering from here, so I guess I didn’t really know what to expect. Just was expecting something a little bit different quality wise.

Im very happy with the items i received. All three of the rings are the correct size, and they look great. My Fiance and I are using them as our engagement rings.
There was quite a delay with receiving the items, apparently my order was lost in transit. The company did send me a replacement thankfully.
